What is included

Ricky's Automations will create, schedule, and publish automated social media advertising content across Facebook, Instagram, and X.

Posting schedule

Standard posting happens on Tuesdays and Fridays unless both parties agree in writing to a different schedule.

Choose whether Ricky's Automations should create your Facebook, Instagram, and X ads in English or Spanish. This can be different from your agreement language.

Access reminder

You agree to provide full administrator access to the listed social accounts so Ricky's Automations can create, schedule, publish, and monitor your content.

Next we will confirm your billing setup, monthly due date, and how you want follow-up communication handled.

Choose your billing and communication setup

This locks in the monthly plan, payment timing, and how Ricky's Automations can reach you for approvals and support.

Monthly service fee

This agreement is for $300.00 per month for automated social media advertising services.

Enrollment fee

The standard $1,000 enrollment fee is waived for this agreement. You only pay the monthly service fee.

Ad spend

Paid boosting or ad spend is charged directly to your own platform billing method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Non-payment rule

If payment is missed on the agreed date, services cancel automatically and scheduled future work stops right away.

Important if you choose ACH

Do not type bank account or routing numbers into this form. After you submit, you will be redirected to a secure Stripe-hosted page to add your bank details safely.

Read the key legal terms below, confirm each acknowledgment, and sign electronically to finish onboarding.

Service scope and account access

Ricky's Automations will create, schedule, and publish automated social media advertising content for your business. Standard publishing happens on Tuesdays and Fridays unless another schedule is agreed to in writing. You agree to provide full administrator access to your Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, and X account so this work can be delivered.

Billing, ad spend, and cancellation

Your monthly service fee is $300.00 per month. Any paid ad boosting spend is billed directly to your own platform payment method unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. If payment is not received on the agreed due date, services cancel automatically, future scheduled work stops, and Ricky's Automations will remove its access within 5 business days. Either party may also cancel voluntarily with written notice, and service continues through the end of the current paid period.

Communication, content, and liability

Please contact Ricky's Automations first about any service issue, content concern, dispute, or update request. Content is created with AI-assisted tools and can be adjusted based on your feedback. Ricky's Automations is not liable for platform suspensions, algorithm changes, audience behavior, engagement swings, or specific revenue or lead results.

Confidentiality and signature effect

Client credentials and business information will be kept confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services. By typing your full legal name below and submitting this form, you are providing a legally binding electronic signature to this agreement.

Client acknowledgments

  • I have read and understand all terms of this Agreement.*
  • I authorize Ricky's Automations to post on my behalf to my Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts.*
  • I will provide full admin access to all accounts listed above.*
  • I understand that all ad boosting fees are my responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.*
  • I understand that failure to pay on the agreed date will result in immediate automatic cancellation of services.*
  • I agree to contact Ricky's Automations directly regarding any issues before taking other action.*
What happens immediately after submit

The agreement is saved, confirmation emails are sent, and if ACH is selected you will be redirected to secure Stripe bank setup right away.

Submitting here completes the agreement side of onboarding. If ACH is selected, the final bank-details step happens automatically right after submission.
